Phase IV Systems provides quality hardware and software services to advanced technology clients. Our list of satisfied customers include the U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, U.S. Navy Atlantic and Pacific Test Ranges, Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center, NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, NASA Langley Research Center, Raytheon, Boeing, ITT, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman.
Phase IV Systems specializes in the development of RF assemblies, subassemblies and systems such as radar, electronic warfare, and communication antenna assemblies, signal generators, transmitters, receivers, radar target generators and processors. We perform the analysis, design, development, simulation, fabrication, integration and test of these electronic assemblies. Our products serve several markets including avionics, data acquisition, waveform generation, signal processing, communications and radar/sensor systems. We have developed items ranging from board-level application specific integrated circuits to complete, turnkey radar systems.
The prime focus of Phase IV Systems has been in hardware development from turnkey systems to subsystem components. The company has produced hundreds of electronic assemblies to date for a variety of customers and applications. Although the numerous and varied designs demonstrate the breadth of capability at Phase IV Systems, the company has primarily focused on radar and communication technology. Many of these developments have been transferred over to the PIVC production environment. The list of standard products currently available includes radar processing assemblies, radar waveform generation and timing assemblies, target generation systems, RF multicouplers, high speed vector processor assemblies and various telemetry systems.
Phase IV Systems also provides full spectrum systems engineering support to our customers including theoretical analysis, requirements generation, test planning, test execution and test data reduction/analysis in both real-time and post-mission. System integration efforts consist of the introduction of newly developed hardware into existing systems as well as the integration of components to form new systems. We have been instrumental in the integration and test of radar and communications equipment at various Government test ranges.
To augment the hardware and software development capability, Phase IV Systems has established an effective quality management system. Our Quality Management System was certified as being compliant to the ANSI/ISO/ASQC Q9001-1994 American National Standard on 24 October 2000 by an external ISO 9001 Registrar Accreditation Board certified auditing body. Subsequently, our ISO 9001 certification has been updated to reflect compliance with the 2008 standard.
